We can't say enough how friendly and kind the whole team is, in addition to always being on top of things. The condo sold for 23% over asking, and I'm confident that I couldn't have sold it for this price without the Happy Home Team at the helm. Our home was listed and sold in a weekend for more than asking price, which I attribute to a rock solid plan designed to achieve that outcome. They handled the rest of the process like pros and made it very easy. I wouldn't use anyone else.

From our first conversation, Nick was extremely knowledgeable, professional and available when I needed to speak with him. I always had a lot of confidence in his ability to follow through with taking care of everything for me since I was out of state throughout the entire sales period. At one point there was a need to obtain a legal document on my end and because I was out of state he put forth a huge effort and time trying to get my issue resolved. His negotiation skills are another highlight of my experience with him.
